Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our educational content, refunds are governed strictly by the following terms.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

  • Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@jeweleracademy.com.

  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a course.

2. No Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day period:

  • NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Claims of dissatisfaction

    • Lack of time

    • Failure to complete the course

    • Change of business plans

    • Technical issues not caused by Jeweler Academy

3. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • Excessive course consumption occurred

  • Account abuse or content copying is suspected

  • The refund policy is being exploited

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent loss of access

  • Potential legal action
