Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our educational content, refunds are governed strictly by the following terms.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@jeweleracademy.com.
Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a course.
2. No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day period:
NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances
This includes but is not limited to:
Claims of dissatisfaction
Lack of time
Failure to complete the course
Change of business plans
Technical issues not caused by Jeweler Academy
3. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
Excessive course consumption occurred
Account abuse or content copying is suspected
The refund policy is being exploited
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
Immediate account termination
Permanent loss of access
Potential legal action
