    Who This Course Is For?

This private casting training is ideal for beginners who want to learn casting correctly from the start, as well as jewelers looking to bring casting in-house instead of outsourcing. It is also perfect for entrepreneurs who want to control metal quality, improve margins, and expand into full-scale jewelry production.

    What Makes This Training Different?

This private casting course includes full access to our online Metal Casting Course for lifetime reference after your in-person training. You will practice wax tree building, investment mixing, burnout cycles, kiln programming, metal melting, pouring, and post-cast cleanup using the same professional tools and equipment we use daily.

Because this is one-on-one training, every mistake is corrected immediately, and every process is explained in detail so you leave with real clarity and confidence.

  • Close-up of a dental technician using a precision tool to work on a gold dental prosthetic with embedded gemstones, wearing a dust-covered glove.

    Advanced Metal & Alloy Training

Beyond basic casting, this course teaches you how to properly mix and understand metal alloys, giving you foundational metallurgy knowledge. You’ll learn how different karats and metals behave during melting, pouring, cooling, and finishing — so you can control strength, color, durability, and shrinkage like a professional.

By the end of the program, you won’t just know how to cast — you’ll understand why the process works.
